Sprout Together™ Classes
Sprout Together™ classes are a one-of-a-kind experience designed for grownups and children to learn, move, and grow side-by-side. Instead of separating parents and kids, these classes keep you together while each participant enjoys age-appropriate instruction.
What to expect
Not Your Typical Workout Class
These classes are built for real life with kids, so expect movement, laughter, interruptions, and a much more flexible atmosphere than a traditional fitness class.
Together Time with a Purpose
The goal is to give you meaningful time with your child while also helping you fit movement, wellness, and connection into your week.
Kids Get to Be Kids
Children are here to have fun, explore, and enjoy themselves—if they run off to play in the city or need a break, that’s completely okay.
Two Instructors, Two Experiences
Each class is led by one instructor focused on the adults and one focused on the children, so everyone receives age-appropriate guidance and support.
Small Class Sizes, Big Connection
Our intentionally small classes create a warm, personal environment where families feel seen, supported, and comfortable participating at their own pace.
No Pressure, Just Understanding
Everyone in the room is a parent or caregiver who understands this season of life, so there’s no judgment—just encouragement and community.
Movement

These classes are designed to help little ones build confidence, coordination, and body awareness through playful, age-appropriate activities, while their caregiver gets their own exercise in right next to them.

Activities are designed to build problem-solving skills, curiosity, and confidence through shared, age-appropriate challenges.
Art
Book NowThis creative art class invites children and caregivers to explore colors, textures, and materials together through open-ended, process-based art experiences. Medical Play with a Child Life Specialist
Book NowLed by a Certified Child Life Specialist, this hands-on class gives children the opportunity to explore aspects of healthcare that are not always accessible through play and processing.
Medical play is a safe and supportive way for children to explore healthcare experiences using real and pretend medical equipment. Through play, children have opportunities to build understanding, clarify misconceptions, express feelings, and develop creativity and autonomy in a supportive environment.
Developmentally appropriate education and support will be provided as needed; however, medical play is fundamentally child-directed. Children are encouraged to take the lead, explore at their own pace, get creative, ask questions, and express worries or other feelings that may arise.
Throughout the class, each child will have their own patient to care for and access to a variety of real and pretend medical equipment. They can explore, experiment, and use the materials in their own way while building familiarity, confidence, and a sense of control around medical experiences.
Together Smart classes are 45 minutes of class and 45 minutes of open play!

We strive to create a welcoming, family environment that promotes creativity, growth and a lifelong love for music. As teachers in the Philadelphia School District, Nic and his wife Cortney, dreamed of creating a music school with highly qualified instructors who tailor private lessons to meet individual needs and learning styles. We were fortunate to be able to make this dream a reality in 2020 and bring the joy of inclusive music to Delco. We firmly believe that music is for everyone and we work diligently to create a space that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging. Whether you’re a curious beginner or an advanced player seeking to refine your skills, we invite you to join us and become a part of our family.
