Policies

Children must be supervised by their caregiver at all times. Sprout City is a shared play space and is not a drop-off facility. Adults who have purchased a supervised play session must remain in the building.

Socks are required for all children and adults in the play area. Please ask us for shoe covers if you are medically unable to remove your shoes.

For the health of all families, please do not visit if you or your child are experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious illness, or other symptoms of sickness.

Please use toys, equipment, and the space respectfully. Rough play, climbing where not intended, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the play area.

Food and drinks must remain in designated areas only. Please help us keep the play space clean for everyone.

Sprout City is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please use the lockers in the lobby to store your belongings.

Advance booking is required for classes, events, and open play sessions when applicable. We will keep reservations open online for the duration of our play sessions, as long as they have not sold out.

You may arrive at any time for open play. Classes begin promptly at scheduled times. Late arrivals are welcome, but class time cannot be extended.

Class and reservation cancellation policies may vary by program and will be shared at booking.

Please notify a team member immediately of spills, accidents, or injuries so we can assist promptly.

We may occasionally capture photos of the space for promotional purposes. If you prefer your child not be photographed, please let a staff member know upon arrival.

Sprout City reserves the right to refuse admission or ask guests to leave for unsafe behavior, repeated policy violations, illness concerns, or disrespect toward staff or guests.
