Open Play Membership
$80/mo | $60/mo for each additional child
The Open Play Membership is designed for families who love to drop in often and let their child lead the way. With unlimited access to our thoughtfully designed play space, your child can explore, imagine, and move at their own pace — whether that’s a quick visit or a long afternoon of play. This membership creates consistency for children and ease for parents, making Sprout City feel like a natural extension of your week, not another thing to schedule. Membership includes one adult and one child.
Weekend Open Play Membership
$48/mo | $36 for each additional child
The Weekend Open Play Membership is perfect for families who save their Sprout City visits for the weekend. Skip the drop-in fees and enjoy unlimited access every Saturday and Sunday — whether you’re stopping by for a quick play session or settling in for a longer visit. It’s flexible, easy, and designed to make family time feel lighter and more fun. Membership includes one adult and one child. T
Sprout Together™ Classes Membership
$200/mo | only 1 child per adult, any child from each household may use the membership
The Sprout Together™ Membership is your all-access pass to our full lineup of Together Strong™ and Together Smart™ classes designed to help families learn, move, and grow side by side. With unlimited access to these caregiver-and-me classes, it’s a simple way to build connection, consistency, and community into your weekly routine.
Unlimited Supervised Play Membership
$300/mo | $150/mo for each additional child
Designed for working parents, the Unlimited Supervised Play Membership provides one adult and one child priority registration for unlimited supervised play sessions with a Sprout City employee on duty in the play space. Caregivers have access to the event space when open and must remain on site.
All-Inclusive Membership
$150/week | $75/week for each additional child (billed monthly)
All-inclusive membership provides one adult and one child with unlimited open play sessions, supervised play sessions, and classes plus 1 guest pass each month, mix and match as your schedule changes. This membership adapts to your season of life — not the other way around. Membership also includes greater discounts on private events (20% off) and seasonal Sprout City events (50% off).
Unlimited Roots Membership
$225/week | $115/week for each additional child (billed monthly)
For the ultimate Sprout City enthusiasts! Designed to bridge the gap for parents of Pre-K or kindergarten students in need of supplemental care, member families (one adult and one child ages 3+) can take advantage of all the benefits of the all-inclusive membership while also staying in between sessions. The Unlimited Roots Membership is designed for families who need extended, reliable entertainment in a nurturing environment, while an adult works nearby. With truly unlimited access, children can settle in, build relationships, and feel at home at Sprout City. Membership also includes greater discounts on private events (20% off) and seasonal Sprout City events (50% off).

Membership Policies
Our memberships are designed to make play, connection, and community easy for your family. Please review the policies below so you know exactly what to expect as a Sprout City member.
Memberships Are Non-Transferable
Memberships are valid only for the named child(ren) and household listed at registration and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Automatic Monthly Billing
Memberships renew automatically each month using the card on file unless canceled according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.
Included Benefits Are Subject to Availability
Member perks such as open play access, discounted classes, priority booking, or special events are subject to scheduling, capacity, and availability.
Missed Visits & Unused Benefits
Unused visits, discounts, or membership perks do not roll over month to month unless specifically stated in your membership plan.
Membership Hold Policy
One temporary membership pause may be requested per 12-month period for medical leave, travel, or family circumstances, subject to approval and minimum hold length.
