At Sprout City, your family’s health and safety are a top priority. We close between every session for thorough cleaning, perform a nightly deep clean, and maintain three HEPA air filters that refresh the air every hour. The play area includes a sink for handwashing, and we provide plenty of hand sanitizing stations throughout the space. We ask that children wash their hands before playing. Toys and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Our staff follows strict hygiene protocols, and we maintain a safe, healthy environment so kids can explore freely and parents can relax with peace of mind.

We ask that you wait until your child is no longer sick before you bring your child to Sprout City. For the safety of other children, we reserve the right to ask any sick child to stay home and will ask you to reschedule your session in the event that happens. If your child is too sick for school or childcare, they are too sick for Sprout City. Please feel better and come play another day!
