Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using sproutcityplay.com or any Sprout City services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sproutcityplay.com and all services offered by Sprout City LLC. By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Our Services

Sprout City LLC provides indoor imaginative play space access, Sprout Together™ classes, co-working sessions, private event rentals, and birthday party packages at our facility located at 77 W. Baltimore Pike, Suite 400, Media, PA 19063. All services are subject to availability and to the specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

3. Accounts and Bookings

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation. Sprout City reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any lawful reason.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed through Square via our Play Space Brain booking platform. Refund and cancellation policies vary by service type and are communicated at the time of booking and in the applicable agreement (Membership Agreement, Party Host Agreement, etc.). All sales of physical merchandise are final.

5. Waivers and Participant Agreements

Use of Sprout City’s facilities and participation in any programming requires execution of Sprout City’s General Participant Waiver and Release of Liability and, where applicable, additional agreements such as the Membership Agreement or Party Host Agreement. These documents are legally binding and form part of your overall agreement with Sprout City.

6. Rules and Conduct

All visitors must comply with Sprout City’s posted rules and policies, including the socks-only play floor policy, supervision requirements, illness policy, and capacity limits. Sprout City reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises for violation of our rules or for conduct that poses a safety risk to any person, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on sproutcityplay.com, including text, images, logos, class names, and branding (including Sprout City™, Sprout Together™, Together Strong™, and Together Smart™), is the property of Sprout City LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sprout City LLC’s total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Sprout City in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Sprout City is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sprout City LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
