While they explore our miniature city, you’ll have a dedicated desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the kind of focused quiet that used to feel impossible. A Sprout City Mayor is on duty on the play floor the entire time — keeping the energy positive, the play safe, and the fun going — while you stay close by and actually get things done. You’re still on site. You’re still a phone call away. You’re just not being asked to be a jungle gym for an hour.

Our co-working space is tucked inside Sprout City’s event room — bright, comfortable, and just steps from the play floor. Work-from-home parents, freelancers, small business owners, anyone who has ever tried to write an email with a toddler in their lap and thought there has to be a better way. There is. You can keep an eye on your little one through our in-room camera monitor, and while it’s not a silent library, there’s something kind of energizing about working to the soundtrack of happy kids doing their thing just next door.

Our Sprout City Mayors are on the floor throughout every co-working session — they’re background checked, fingerprinted, and CPR certified, so you can open your laptop knowing your little one is in good hands. Every child and adult receives a matching wristband at check-in, and we’ll hold your ID at the front desk until checkout, when your wristbands will be matched and your ID returned before anyone heads out the door. You can also keep an eye on your little one through our in-room camera monitor throughout your session.
Totally normal, and our team is trained to help! Our Sprout City Mayors are experienced at helping little ones through the transition of saying goodbye to their grown-up, and most kids are happily playing within minutes. A confident, quick goodbye is usually the best approach, and we’ve got the rest covered.
If your little one is in diapers and needs a change, we’ll come find you or shoot you a text! For potty-trained children, they’re welcome to use the restroom independently. Our ADA-accessible unisex bathrooms are easy to find and our Mayors will point little ones in the right direction if needed.
We want to be upfront about this one. Sprout City is a play space at heart, and the co-working room shares an open wall with the main play floor, so expect some happy background noise. Think of it less like a library and more like a lively coffee shop where the soundtrack just happens to be kids having the time of their lives. Headphones are your best friend!
Absolutely! Additional children are welcome at co-working sessions at our standard sibling co-working pricing. Each child will receive their own wristband matched to yours at check-in, so everyone is accounted for all session long.
