Basic Space Rental
$450
- Up to 20 kids + 25 adults (45 person limit)
- 2 hour party in the play space with exclusive access to the building
- A personalized display featuring your child’s name
- 1 dedicated host to help you set up the space, make announcements, and clean up
- This package does not include any decorations, plates, napkins, cups, or tablecloths. All party supplies are brought by the guests.
Themed Bash
$650
- Party decorations, plates, napkins, cups, and tablecloths are supplied and set up by Sprout City (choose from list of supplied themes)
- Up to 20 kids + 25 adults (45 person limit)
- 2 hour party in the play space with exclusive access to the building
- A personalized display featuring your child’s name
- 2 dedicated hosts to set up the space for you, make announcements, and clean up

All weekend parties are 2 hours long and include private access to the entire space. Weekday private event rentals are 1.5 hours and include private access to the entire space.
Yes! Every party and private event includes exclusive use of Sprout City for your booked time.
Maximum capacity is 45 total guests, including adults and children. Child capacity is 20 children.
Guests may arrive 30 minutes before the party start time for setup and decorating.
Yes! Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations, food, and supplies.
For the safety of our families and children, outside alcohol is not permitted unless pre-approved in writing for select private events.
Yes. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, all party guests must follow regular house rules, including:
- Socks only in the play area
- Please stay home if feeling sick
- Children must be supervised by their adults at all times
- Respectful play and care of the space
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
Deposits are non-refundable. Parties and private events canceled less than one week before the event date will be charged in full.
Yes! We’ll give you a call about one week before your party to confirm final details, guest count, theme selections, and add-ons.
Yes, extra party time may be available as an add-on based on schedule availability.
